Job Description:
A General Trading Company is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the procurement team with purchase requests, supplier communications, and order follow-up.
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and liaising with customers.
Enter and maintain data in the ERP system for both procurement and sales transactions.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
Track order status and update stakeholders on any delays or issues.
Prepare procurement and sales reports, including order summaries and performance metrics.
Handle documentation—POs, invoices, delivery receipts—and ensure accuracy.
Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
Basic Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC router machines according to job specifications.
Load materials, monitor machine operations, and ensure quality control throughout the machining process.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Ensure that safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed at all times.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and conformance to specifications.
Create precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on client requirements or product specifications.
